A light, flavorful summer pasta with mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, caramelized onions and garlic. [...] I was very high tech about drawing the winners. I wrote everyone’s name down, cut them off the paper, folded them in fourths and then put them in an empty ice cream pint container and shook it. Then I drew the names. Wheeeee. High tech! Gotta love it.
