I know I said I was going to do peppermint bark, but I apparently I forgot to take pictures. I’ll have to wrassel some leftovers down and take pictures tomorrow morning. So, instead I bring you chocolate dipped truffles of the espresso and white chocolate lemon varieties. Both of these were incredibly easy to [...] I generally don’t eat breakfast. I know, I know, it’s the most important meal of the day, but I’m just not hungry when I first wake up. It generally takes about an hour or two before I actually feel like eating something and during the school year, I stand on my principles of sleeping [...] I made caramels before, but they were for molded chocolates, which I found very tedious and not worth the effort.
